OFFER AND MUTUAL AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE ENGLISH CLASSES:

Our teachers are committed to not only level our students but also to guide the classes in order to best meet their needs.

Students are encouraged to select the class PACKAGE that best suits their needs and schedule. Payments should be done 24 hours before the arranged class.
Once the payment has been made, then the student is entitled to the classes offered in the PACKAGE. The PACKAGE is completed once all of it's classes have been accredited to the student.

BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1) RESCHEDULING:

Rescheduling of a class needs to be done by 18:00 the day before the regularly scheduled class, unless prompted by an unforseen emergengy, in which case it is the students responsibility to communicate it with their teacher as soon as possible.

A) In the event that the student does not meet the agreed upon deadline, the class will be marked as ABSENT and that class will not be replaced by the teacher, the value of that class will also not be reimbursed to the student.

B) In the eventuality that the rescheduling is initiated by the teacher, the student will be given warning of the change in the set time stated above, and the class will be replaced at a time that is best convenient to the student.

2) PACKAGE CANCELLATION:
In the case of justified PACKAGE cancellation, the teacher will commit to returning 50% of the remaining PACKAGE credit paid for by the student, as long as the guidelines regarding "RESCHEDULING" were followed.

3) CLASS DURATION:

The duration of every class is 55 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4) CLASS RULES:
